This picturesque area offers a perfect combination of challenging trails, rolling hills and picturesque villages. Whether you are a seasoned mountain biker or just starting out, our organised clinics in collaboration with 8Trails are tailor-made and available to all.

Start off with a fresh delicacy

Duration: 15 minutes
We start at the Clubhouse of the Weelderik with coffee or tea and a fresh Achterhoek apple cake. We have a brief introduction to each other and then discuss what we are going to do and what the mutual expectations are.

Clinic around the pond

Duration: 30-60 minutes
We then start the clinic on the grounds of the Weelderik and around the pond. Depending on level, knowledge and ability, we cover; putting on your helmet properly, bike check, shifting, basic posture, attack stance, braking and cornering.

Outdoor adventure

Duration: 60-90 minutes
Time to go! We will mainly tackle the Ruurlose and Zelhem MTB routes. The route contains challenging, short climbs and beautiful undulations and is mostly hidden in the woods, but we will also cycle through the typical Achterhoek coulisse landscape.
